Enter your SuddenLink Account Number and 4 digit PIN/Code. If you do not know how to find your account number or access PIN, click the link labeled ’How do I find my account number and access code (PIN)?
Tick the ’I’m not a Robot’ box
Click ’Next’

If your details are valid, your username should be displayed on the screen

Open the SuddenLink website
Click on the email icon situated at the right of the top navigation menu and you will be redirected to the log in page
Click on ’username’ in the ’Forgot username or password’ tab. You will be redirected to the username recovery page
Click the ’Use of Email’ option
Enter your contact email address
Tick the ’I’m not a Robot’ box
Click ’Next’

Password Reset

You can change your password if you forgot it or if you want to secure your account from a fraudulent party. You can do so by following these steps:

Open the SuddenLink website
Click on the email icon situated at the right of the top navigation menu and you will be redirected to the log in page
Click on ’password’ in the ’Forgot username or password’ tab. You will be redirected to the username recovery page
You will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your username
Click the Get Security Question button. You will be presented with the security question you set when registering your account on the screen below the button you just clicked.
Enter the answer to the security question
Tick the "I’m not a Robot" box. Click the Next button.
Click ’Next’

Creating Secondary Username

SuddenLink email addresses are not created during registration. Instead, they are created manually thereafter. The first unique username you submit will be the primary user account.

However, you can add a secondary username to the user account which you can use to log in if you have forgotten the first username. Both usernames create one email address. Both usernames must be unique and not used by another customer.

To create a secondary username:

Open the SuddenLink homepage
Select the ’My Account’ link from the top navigation bar
Click the ’My Profile’ link to add the secondary username.
