In any such event, the customer is simply yielded permissive right just as LICENSEE to use the mobisafer, subject to the arrangements and restrictions along these lines contained in this Agreement. It is clarified that USE of SERVICES of mobisafer by the USER is essentially on grant reason and it isn’t the trading of property of any of the mobisafer organizations, prohibitive or authorized advancement rights.
