To debug your QuickBooks installation, use the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool. 

• Begin by visiting the QuickBooks Tool Hub. 
• From the tool hub, choose Installation Issues. 
• From the drop-down menu, choose quickbooks install diagnostic tool  Allow the application to run. It may take up to 20 minutes to finish. 
• When the tool is finished, restart your computer.
