Troubleshooting methods to Resolve QuickBooks Error 1335

 Method 1: Use the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool

 

•           Download the most recent version of QuickBooks Tool Hub on your computer.

•           The downloaded file is named ’QuickBooksToolHub.exe.’

•           The installation process will begin after you tap twice on the file.

•           Carefully follow the instructions for installation.

•           When the process is finished, double-click the Tool Hub icon on your screen to open it.

•           Select the Installation Issues tab from the left side of the window.

•           Finally, select ’QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool’ from the drop-down menu.

•           Close the window when the tool has finished diagnosing and fixing your program. This could take a while.

•           After that, restart your computer and launch QBDT.

•           Check if the Error Code 1335 got fixed. If not, head to the next method.

 

Method 2: Manual resolution

•           Log in to your computer as an administrator.

•           Insert the QuickBooks installation CD into the CD drive.

•           When the ’Install Shield’ box appears, close it.

•           Type the ’Win + E.’ keys together.

•           Subsequently, select the CD drive.

•           Copy the QuickBooks folder by selecting the folder and pressing the ’ctrl+C’ keys together.

•           Paste the folder on the Desktop by pressing the ’ctrl+V’ keys together on the Desktop.

•           Launch the QuickBooks Desktop software.

•           Look for the ’Setup.exe’ file and double-click on it.

•           Wait for the process to conclude.

•           Check if the QB desktop Error got fixed. If not, resort to the following method.
