+ If the flyer is unable to use online or mobile check-in, then they can take the help of the Southwest Airlines ticket counter to easily check in for their flight. They should arrive at least two hours prior to the flight’s scheduled time to have their passports verified, luggage check-in, and receive their flight boarding pass. The curbside check-in option is not available for international flights.
