+ Your personal information is visible in the “My Account” section of your account. Additionally, under the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018, all customers have the right to request a file containing all the personal information that BRAND has processed or held in the name of a customer, free of charge and within 30 days of the request. In order to obtain such, please request assistance by contacting our support representatives.

+ Under the same regulations, you can also action your Right to be Forgotten. By doing so we’ll fully delete your details from all systems we operate. However please note that Anti-Money Laundering regulations require us to retain records of our customers for at least 5 years after the termination of the relationship. In the meantime, your personal data will be removed from all our marketing flows and will no longer be processed.
