What do I wear?
Please wear comfortable fitting clothing which allows free movement. Whatever you wear should clearly show the outline of your hips, knees and ankles so your teacher can see your alignment and help you practice safely. For the comfort of others, please do not wear perfume, essential oils or dangling jewelry to class. Changing rooms are available.
