+ A Depository is an reality responsible for the conservation of securities electronically and the facilitation of trading of these securities. They empower investors to enjoy, maintain and change securities online. There are two main magazines in India – The National Securities Depository Limited( NSDL) and The Central Depository Services Limited( CDSL). These magazines are promoted by National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange independently.
