Please click on the profile icon, choose ‘Account’ and ‘Change Password’. Enter your temporary password, new password and confirm your new password. In case you have forgotten your password and would like to obtain a new one, please click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ hyperlink on the login window. Once done, you will be required to fill in your registered username, date of birth and e-mail address. Click on ‘Get New Password’ and you will receive a temporary password on your registered e-mail address.
